How to log in to AKASHI

Enter your company ID, e-mail address, and password on the AKASHI login page.

How to get an access key

After logging to AKASHI and select Settings> Employees> Employee Settings .

Click the change button for the account (company administrator) that allows the issuance of API tokens.

Click the Usage Function Settings tab, select Public API Availability: Use , and click Confirm.

Open My Page> API Token and click the Add API Token button to create a token.

A popup will appear.

Save the API token as it appears. This will be your access key.

Integration setup

Search by AKASHI on the integration screen of the IT management cloud.

Enter the company ID for login in the Workspace Key, enter the access key obtained in the previous step, and click Integrate.

If the link is successful, the registered user information will be displayed in the account list.

If it does not complete normally, edit it from the status tab of the integration screen and try the linkage again.
