How to invite Admina operators

Money Forward Admin allows you to invite operators (workers and consultants) using dedicated roles.

This feature has the following features:

  • Customers can easily identify operators in user management.
  • Operators can also log in in environments where SAML (SSO) is enabled.

How to invite

  1. Prepare an @i.moneyforward.com email address for the operator provided by the Admina team.
  2. Invite new users from Settings > Users.
  3. Be sure to grant the operator role.
  4. Set additional roles required for work. (The Operator role itself does not have any permissions.)
  5. An invitation email will be automatically sent to the operator, so please wait for notification that login is complete.

FAQ

  • What if I want to remove an operator?

Removing the user from Settings > Users will uninvite them.

  • What if an operator leaves the company?

Once the termination process is completed by our company (Admina), the employee will be automatically deleted from your tenant.

  • What can an operator do?

The operator role alone does not provide operational authority. Operations can be performed within the scope of additional roles specified by the customer. Please check with the person in charge of each operation service for the specific required authority.

  • What about operator login security?

Only people with the email address of an Admina employee can be invited as an operator. In addition, these accesses must be approved in advance by application within the company, and two-factor authentication login is mandatory. Furthermore, unless invited by a customer, even if the application for use has been completed within Admina, access as an operator is not possible.

  • What is the primary objective of the Operator role?

The main purpose is to identify operators and allow them to log in under an SSO environment. Actual work permissions require separate configuration.

  • Is this feature available to all customers?

This function is for customers who use our consulting and operation services.
