Preparation

How to login

At the HaloPSA login page, enter your username or email address and password to log in.

How to get Workspace key

The part of URL is the workspace key.

How to get Base URI

After logging into HaloPSA, go to Configurations > Integrations > HaloPSA API.

Save the Authorisation Server shown in API Details as the Base URL.

How to get Client ID

Next, on the HaloPSA API page, click View Applictions under Applications.

Click New in the upper right corner to create an Application.

Enter as follows.

After entering the Authentication Method, the Client ID will be displayed and saved. (This corresponds to the Client ID of the IT Management Cloud.)The Client ID can be confirmed even after SAVE.

  • Application Name ：Name that you want.
  • Authentication Method：Authorisation Code (Native Application)
  • Login Redirect URL：https://itmc.i.moneyforward.com/oauth/callback
  • Preferences：Allow Agent Logins and Allow End-User Logins

[Security]

  • CORS Whitelist：Enter https://itmc.i.moneyforward.com/

Integrate to HaloPSA

On the Admina by Money Forward Integration screen, search for HaloPSA.

Enter the Base URI, Client ID, and Workspace Key obtained in the previous step and click on Integrate.

　

If the integration with HaloPSA is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list.　

If the integration does not complete successfully, please edit the information from the Status tab on the Integration screen and try the integration again.
