How to get a workspace key

Click User Management from the menu on the left side of the setting screen to move to the user management screen.

Save a part of the URL of the user management screen as it will be the workspace key .

https://admin.atlassian.com/o/workspace key/ users? status = ACTIVE

💡 You can tell whether you are viewing the "Organization Level Administration Page" or the "Site Level Administration Page" by looking at the address bar.
  • At the organizational level, it has the following structure. (O in bold is an abbreviation for organization) https://admin.atlassian.com/ o / OrganizationID / overview
  • -At the site level, it has the following structure. ( Bold s stands for site) https://admin.atlassian.com/ s / SiteId / users

* OrganizationID = workspace key, but please note that SiteID is not a workspace key.

Integration setup

Search for Confluence on the IT management cloud integration screen.

Enter the workspace key , Confluence login email address and password you obtained in the previous step, and click Link .
