Advance Preparation

How to log in toCollaboflow

Enter the system administrator's user ID and password on the Collaboflow login page to log in.

　　　

How to obtain an organization ID

After logging in to Collaboration Flow, save the URL as a part of the organization ID.

How to obtain a workspace key

Go to Settings⚙ in the upper right corner of the screen, then System Administration area > Preferences.

　　　

Scroll down the preferences page to the REST API section.

If you want to use an API that has already been created, save the API key shown.

If you are creating a new client, enter any name (e.g., company name) for the client name, select HTTP Header Authentication, and click +Issue API Key to add it to the client list.

Integration Setup

On the Integration screen of the Admina by Money Forward, search for Collaboflow.

Enter any name (e.g., company name) for the workspace name, the organization ID and workspace key obtained in the previous step, and the system administrator's user name, then click on "Integrate".

If the integration with Collaboration Flow is successful, the registered user information will appear in the account list.　

If the integration does not complete successfully, please edit the information from the status tab on the integration screen and try the integration again.
