On the Freshcaller login page , enter your email address and password to log in.

How to check your workspace key

After logging in to Freshcaller, check the URL. Part of the URL is your workspace key .

For https://moneyforwardi.freshcaller.com/ , moneyforwardi is the workspace key .

How to get an API key

Click the icon in the top right corner > Personal Settings .

Your API Key in the API > API DETAILS FOR PHONE section is the API key you will use.

Setting up the integration

Search for Freshcaller on the Money Forward Admin integration screen.

Enter the workspace name , workspace key obtained in the previous step, and API key , then click Connect .

If the connection is successful, the registered user information will be displayed in the account list.

If it doesn't complete successfully, edit it from the Status tab on the Integration screen and try integrating again.
