How to log in

On the YouTrack login page , enter your email address and password to log in.

How to check your workspace key

After logging in to YouTrack, part of the URL ( instance name ) is your workspace key.

In the image, mycompany is the workspace key.

How to get an API key

Click the icon in the top right corner of the screen and click Profile .

From the Account Security tab, click New token .

Specify the token name and scope , then click Create .

Copy the generated API key .

*Additional information about scopes

In YouTrack using the built-in Hub service, the scopes are separated as follows:

  • YouTrack
    Permission to perform basic operations in YouTrack, such as issues, tags, commands, agile boards, dashboards, and reports.
  • YouTrack Administration

Permissions to manage projects, manage user access, and update server settings

Setting up the integration

On the Money Forward Admin integration screen, search for YouTrack .

Enter the workspace key and A PI key obtained in the previous step and click Connect .

If the connection is successful, the registered user information will be displayed in the account list.

If it doesn't complete successfully, edit it from the Status tab on the Integration screen and try integrating again.
