2. Set up the domain and link with employee master data

Integrate with employee master data

The following SaaS supports employee master. You can set it from Settings > Organization > Employee Master Settings . After specification, when the initial processing is completed, the account list will be marked with the "Left" label or "Employee" label. The user type determination criteria differ according to the specified employee master. For details, please see User Type Determination Criteria: Quick Reference .

Supported cloud services

The following SaaS can be used as employee master data. Click on the link for each SaaS for the linking procedure.

Employee Master - Directory Data Auto-Linking Items

Depending on the SaaS you set in the employee master, the items that are automatically linked to the data in the Admin directory will differ.

For details about the directory, see [Directory] Admin Directory .

- If the SaaS value set in the employee master exists, it will overwrite the directory data.
・If there is no data in the SaaS set in the employee master (no data, null data),
Overwrite the directory data as empty data.
Manual edits to directory data will be rolled back, so fix the employee master.

Setting up a domain

Please check the domain information registered in Admina in Settings > Organization. The primary domain is registered as the default when the organization is created.

In addition, by linking the following cloud services as employee master data, the domains registered with each cloud service will be automatically set to Admina.

If you have integrated a cloud service other than those listed above and need to add a domain, enter the domain name and click the Add button.

To remove a domain, click the 🗑 button.
